Die Cutting

With three die cut machines that include a travelling head press and 2 clicking presses, TTL can handle any die cut request. We carry a full stock of dies ready to press any ASME flange dimension coupled with an extensive collection of custom sized pre-made dies, allowing TTL to drastically reduce your cost associated with pressing and cutting.

CNC Knife Cutting

High-End CNC flash cuts deliver the best results in accuracy and speed. TTL has three Atom Flash Cut machines, located in Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, and New Brunswick.

H 230A Band Saw

A 9"H x 9"W capacity and high speed cutting rate delivers accurate cuts with minimal burr.

Chamfer

Ideally used for deburring or chamfering solid parts, as well as beveling tubing up to 3/8” wall thickness.

• Heavy duty chamfer and tube beveling machine
• ½” to 5” OD Capacity

Stamper

Used for marking the ends of shafts, bolts, studs, and related items.

• 10,000 pounds marking force at 100 psi air line pressure
• Air pressure regulation for adjusting marking force
• Accommodates parts 1/2" to 3" diameter, 2" to 24" length

CNC Water Jet Machine

Since 2013 TTL has been using our Waterjet to tackle a wide range of custom cuts. It’s cold cutting technology avoids heat stress which leads to hardening, warping, or melting of cut materials. This machine is designed to cut any hard material, up to 10” thick, efficiently and effectively, to give you the cleanest finish.

Advantages of Water Jet Cutting:

 Water jets can cut any solid material including stone, tile, glass, metal, foam, rubber and plastic.
